Sunday Lesson - "Sacrifice"

This week’s lesson on Sacrifice (Relief Society Handbook) was taught by Heidi Myron. Heidi reminded us that the Law of Sacrifice allows us to learn something about ourselves and to what extent we are willing to go to sacrifice for the Lord. It is also an opportunity to prove to Him that we love Him more than any other thing.

“We should be willing to sacrifice whatever he requires of our time, our earthly possessions, and our energies to further His work. “

The Law of Sacrifice prepares us for the Celestial Kingdom; “to dwell in the presence of God and his Christ forever and ever.” (D&C 76:62)
